You can reserve a date by submitting an inquiry with all necessary information, and if your date and time are available, you will move on to the booking process.

A $50 nonrefundable deposit via PayPal and a completed booking form is required to hold your party date and time. Once we receive both of these items you will receive a party confirmation. Your remaining party balance is due prior to arrival the day of the party.

Yes, we do! Parties within 20 miles of our headquarters require no travel fee. Any party further than 20 miles are subject to travel fee. There is a 1-hour minimum party requirement for any party further than 20 miles from our headquarters.

Party availability can fill up quickly! We suggest booking your party at the very minimum a few weeks in advance!

Yes, you can! Gratuity in not included in the party package price. Even though it is not required, it is very much appreciated! You can tip your performer(s) in cash at the end of your party or event.

If something comes up and you need to cancel your party, we ask that you notify us 48 hours before your party date. Your $50 deposit is nonrefundable but can be used towards a future party date.

Since our princesses need room to do activities, we recommend a spacious area to perform in. We also recommend chairs for our characters, and that all pets are put away.

Outdoor parties are fine if the weather is below 80° F (our costumes and wigs add heat). If the temperature is higher than 80° F, we ask that you have a location inside for our characters to perform. This is for the safety and health of our princesses. A patio or deck area must be available for our performers to stand on to protect costumes. In the case of inclement weather, you must have an alternate party location where the party can be held.

Due to scheduling and availability, we cannot guarantee a certain performer will attend your party. We can only guarantee your choice of character. Rest assured you can expect a trained and authentic performer and will have a wonderful experience every time.
